Located at the end of a cul-de-sac street in the Los Feliz Oaks, we were taken by its hillside location.
The main floor was completely reimagined with the introduction of a wall of floor to ceiling windows and new structural components to open up the entire space to reveal the expansive canyon views and the iconic Hollywood sign which had previously been concealed by a cluster of rooms and limited windows.
On the lower level, a new master suite was created with an expansive bathroom that included a draw-jopping window in the shower with sweeping views of the Hollywood Sign and canyon. Additionally, two sizable guest bedrooms were positioned around a new guest bath as well as the introduction of a new den to be used as a communal space immediately off the expansive yard and outdoor kitchen.
