Amelie

Set against the backdrop of a storied New Orleans residence, Amelie will be a new single tenant office building with approximately 5000 sf of workspace. Developed by Louis & Rose, the residence will be relocated street side. That property will be reconstructed, honoring its heritage all while updating its membrane & mechanicals for today’s user. A new structure will be built on the remainder of the site. Together, the two buildings will feature start-of-the-art amenities for the modern worker including technologically advanced workspaces and meeting rooms.
